About Me

‘I was first introduced to yogic practices over 10 years ago, to help me cope with depression and anxiety. I joined a local Yoga class and started to see a glimpse of a peace I craved so much.

Through Yoga I have learnt to relax fully, tone and strengthen my body, Positive thinking and meditation calmed my mind and helped to remove negative thoughts. I learnt respect for my body and love for myself.

 Now as a Yoga Teacher and a Thai Massage Practitioner I am in a fortunate position to introduce and guide students and clients into a more positive, caring  and respectful attitude towards themselves too.

In Yoga I am Yoga Alliance Certified and have trained and am under guidance of various teachers, mainly in the tradition of Ashtanga, including Paul Dallaghan and Neil Barker of Centred Yoga, Thailand. But I also like to explore other branches of the yoga tree, gaining an insight to practices to help the variety of different needs that we all have. I have also trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, BWY Yoga Campus in Mother and Baby yoga.

I provide a unique holistic approach to both yoga and massage ensuring therapy and exercise are integrated and complementary. All in a comfortable and nurturing environment .’  Andrea
